NOTE: If the mailbox digit length and directory number digit length are different, you cannot edit mailboxes using the Group Administration Tool (you can still use the System Administration Tool and the Administrator's Mailbox). To change the mailbox digit length, perform a New Installation from the Administrator's Mailbox (this will erase the voice mail database).
